"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Sooo... this is my little Wallpaper-account. Now that I'm proud owner of Photoshop (ha!) I hope I'll get better in making Wallpapers and stuff. If you're interested in random photoshopped things (not only wallpapers) then you might like to see Tenshi GFX which I'm updating (or at least I try to...) regulary.
